The personalized breakfast service, specifically the use of homemade and locally sourced ingredients, made my mornings good.
The parking was a bit tricky due to the narrow lane leading to the hotel, which could be a concern for larger vehicles.

I spend 2 nights in Alnwick lovely. The staff was accommodating and the host too. I had well-equipped and spotless room here with a lovely large bathroom, coffee, the TV. The daily service was great! Plus, I was able to park the car on site. The location was excellent - next to town centre, Alnwick castle and the amazing Barter Books, and the castle and gardens.
It had too hard beds, maybe it was bad luck.

The unit we got was perfectly clean and new-fashioned with coffee, a lovely large bathroom, as example. The location was marvellous, at a moderate distance from a medieval castle.

My rollercoaster experience!
David & Beverly are amazing hosts. The really good breakfast served on our private landing added a touch of magic to our stay!
Navigating the narrow parking area was quite stressful, and it added some tension to our arrival.

The unique living space in the Grooms Loft was cozy, with wonderful decor. I loved the variety at breakfast, especially with homemade and locally sourced items that were a treat each morning.
Navigating the narrow lane leading to parking was a real headache-made me wish I had a smaller ship. I found the room layout felt a bit cramped with all the extra furniture, which took away from the overall comfort of the stay. A few tech issues popped up as well, like inconsistent Wi-Fi that was a little bothersome at times.

During my short stay, I was impressed by the immaculate condition of the Grooms Loft, where I enjoyed a cozy atmosphere and luxuriously soft towels. The private landing for breakfast was a charming feature, and the excellent variety of freshly cooked options was a great way to start each day. The lovely hosts, David and Bev, went above and beyond to make me feel at home, offering thoughtful touches like tea and cake upon arrival. I was also delighted by the convenience of nearby attractions like Alnwick Castle and The Alnwick Garden, making it easy to explore the area on foot.

Charming Alnwick getaway 🏰🌿
The hosts, David and Bev, went out of their way to. Brekkie on our own landing was bliss, and Jimmy the dog was an absolute joy to have around. Oh, and the decor in the room was just so lekker, made it a real treat to come back to after a day of exploring!
The parking was a bit of a mission, narrow lane and all, just a bit stressful when we arrived.
